Fusion
The first is the oldest of the processing phases. The metal, in liquid form, is returned to the mould before being moved on to the subsequent processes.

Laser
Laser technology allows for precise, fast, and clean work. It is used for micro-welding, precise cuts, and finishing that requires maximum control without compromising the metal's structure.

Hand welding
This is the stage where craftsmanship makes the difference. The individual components are carefully and sensitively soldered by hand, ensuring the jewel's solidity and harmony.

finitura
The surface of our jewelry is treated with sawing, satin finishing, brushing, and polishing. Each step eliminates imperfections and enhances shine and tactility, for a uniform, elegant, and perfectly defined result.

Electroforming
To achieve subtle geometries and high-quality details, we use electroforming: layers of metal are electrochemically deposited onto precise shapes. This process ensures lightness, strength, and an extraordinary aesthetic result.

Quality control
Each piece of jewelry undergoes a rigorous final inspection: we verify dimensions, welding, finishes, and structural integrity. Only pieces that pass our standards of perfection are packaged and delivered, guaranteeing Gimar excellence.

Taglio CNC
A high-precision CNC machine cuts a metal sheet with a rotating cutter, generating a shower of incandescent sparks. The rapid and precise process takes place in a modern industrial environment where technology and engineering merge to create custom components.
